Old Spice Gets New Old Spice Guy (Video)
Isaiah Mustafa has been the manly face of Old Spice, launching viral ad after viral ad. But on Thursday night, when the NFL season kicks off, Old Spice will be introducing a new Old Spice Guy. Ray Lewis.
The 11-time pro-bowler steps out of a soapy shower to tell the world that he doesn’t “play fantasy football. I play for-real football.” He then proceeds to fly a rocket powered raven around the universe before blowing up Saturn.
It will probably be Ray Lewis’ one and only chance to be the Old Spice Guy, but since NBC is developing a show around Isaiah Mustafa, and since the Old Spice Commercials just won an Emmy, maybe Mustafa will be moving on to bigger and better things.
Like playing linebacker in the NFL.
