Mom Stuffs Five Kids In Closet For Ten Hours [Video]

An Indianapolis, Indiana mother shoved her five kids, ages 1 – 7 in a closet for ten hours with no food or water while she was visiting a friend. Two of the children died.

The six feet by eighteen inch closet was blocked by the two beds the 28-year-old mom stacked in front of the door.

When she came home, two kids were dead.

Neighbor’s grew concerned when they found the woman acting erratically, saying she would not let anyone into her house. Hours later, the children’s uncle came over and found one of the children dead on the couch. Police aren’t sure the exact cause of death but say it could’ve been carbon monoxide poisoning.

Their father was in Somalia visiting family when the deaths occurred but is said to be en route back to the US.

“One of the most inhumane things I’ve ever seen in 28 years on the job,”

said Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Lt. Jeff Duhamell.

“They were crunched in there on top of each other with no water or food in 80-degree heat.”

Police said only that the mother told them she was “not in her right mind.”
