Office productivity either took a big increase the past couple of days, or people are gathering at the watercooler chatting on their cell phones in unprecedented numbers.

Facebook is having issues again today after a networkprovider took down Facebook for some users on Wednesday.

Mashable says they are struggling to stay online.

The problem is widespread today with thousands of users tweeting about the outage.

Most – but not all – who try to log in to Facebook are seeing the message: “Internal Server Error – The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.”

Facebook “Like” buttons also appear are down across the Web.

Facebook reports,

“We’re currently experiencing some site issues causing Facebook to be slow or unavailable for some users. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. This is unrelated to yesterday’s outage.”

Oops, not related to yesterday? Is that good news or bad?
