Apple iPhone Gets Sprint WiMax 4G Capabilities Via Overdrive
Want to brag about our iPhone, even to your iPhone using friends? Then check out Sprint Overdrive which allows iPhone WiFi users to surf the mobile web at WiMax speeds.
The technology allows WiMax subscribers to connect their iPhone using a standard WiFi connection, taking advantage of Clear’s 4G data network.
Sprint is so impressed with themselves that they have started showing off how the Overdrive technology works in a new commercial spot featuring Apple’s number one selling device:
