Comedian and actor Sacha Baron Cohen, 39, reportedly married long-time girlfriend Isla Fisher, 34, last week during a private and somewhat secretive weddings in Paris. According to reports, only a few friends and relatives knew about and attended the Jewish ceremony.
Cohen is best known for his role as Borat, but has also played other characters such as Ali G and Bruno in both television shows and movies. He has also been in Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd: The Deom Barber of Fleet Street and is the voice of King Julien in Madagascar. Fisher is known for her comedic roles in movies such as Wedding Crashers and Confessions of the Shopaholic.
Cohen and Fisher have been a couple for eight years, and have been engaged for the past two. The have one daughter together, Olive, who was born in 2007. They met at a party in Sydney, Australia, Risher’s home country, and Fisher spent three years studying to convert to Judaism to receive the approval of Cohen’s parents.
