Top 10 Wii Games for Under $20

If you don’t have a huge budget, you can still pick up a few games for your Nintendo Wii. All of these games are available for less than $20, just the fraction of the price of a new Wii game.

10. Resident Evil 4 – If you’re a fan of the Resident Evil series, this is a great Wii option. The game makes use of the motion sensitive controller, and you can play with the plastic Wii gun peripheral if you want. Available for $13.99 at Amazon.

9. Gravity - This is a fun casual game that has ranked high among puzzle fans. Available for $19.99 at Gamestop.

8. Marvel Ultimate Alliance – While the reviews for Marvel Ultimate Alliance have been mixed, I’m a fan of the game, and at less than $20, you aren’t out much money if you decide you don’t like it. Available for $19.99 at Amazon.

7. Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree – Whether you like to play video games alone or with friends, Big Brain Academy is a great choice for casual gamers. Available for $19.96 at Amazon.

6. de Blob -  This game is a great option for gamers who want something more than a casual puzzle game, but who aren’t interested in shooters or RPGs. Available for $19.99 at Amazon.

5. MadWorld – Sega’s MadWorld has a unique art style and is perfect for gamers who don’t mind a little blood and guts. Available for $9.11 at Amazon.

4. LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga – You can’t go wrong with a LEGO game, and Star Wars is one of the best, in my opinion. Available for $19.99 at Gamestop or $17.50 at Amazon.

3. The Conduit – If you’re a fan of the Halo series, give The Conduit a try. It uses the Wii controller’s motion capabilities well and has some innovative elements that set it apart from other shooters. Available for $17.44 at Amazon.

2. Okami - Okami is by far one of my favorite Wii games. It was originally developed for the PlayStation, but the game’s concept is perfect for using the Wii controller. It may be a bit too long for casual gaming fans, but core gamers – you need to pick up this game if you haven’t already. Available for $15.98 at Amazon.

1. Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure – To be honest, Zack & Wiki is one of my favorite games of all time, regardless of price or console. It’s a point-and-click adventure/puzzle game that pulls together the perfect amounts of humor and difficulty. If they ever release a sequel, I’ll be first in line to buy it. Available for $19.99 at Gamestop.

Honorable Mentions: Trauma Center: New Blood (14.99 at Amazon), Castlevania Judgment ($19.85 at Amazon), Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars ($16.98 at Amazon)
