Any desktop owner knows how quickly your office can get cluttered. The monitor, computer, keyboard, printer, and scanner can take up an awful lot of space. The Imaging-Keyboard solves part of that problem with the clever and convenient Imaging-Scanner, which was displayed at CES 2011.

KeyScan’s Imaging-Keyboard adds a full document scanner to the keyboard. The scanner generates JPR & TIF images in color, gray, and black and white. The imaging-keyboard can also create searchable PDF, DOC, and HTML files.

But the coolest part of KeyScan’s product is the no-touch scanning. Whether it’s a business card, a letter, or a full page document, all you have to do is insert it into the scanner. The Imaging-Keyboard will automatically begin to scan the document, and in just seconds, you’ll have the image on your computer.

The Imaging-Keyboard includes a USB2 hub with two free downstream ports which you can use for KeyScan add-ons like the swipe credit card accessory.
