Ryan Gosling still ‘processing’ Willis meeting

Ryan Gosling wishes his first meeting with Bruce Willis could have been “more private”.

Following Sunday’s prestigious Golden Globe Awards, where achievements in movies and television were honoured, the two Hollywood hunks met at an exclusive after-party hosted by film experts the Weinsteins.

Ryan, 30, was rather overwhelmed to encounter action hero Bruce, 55, as he’s a huge fan. The star wishes their first rendezvous could have been a little more intimate though.

“I do feel good [about it],” he told MTV. “I wanted it to be more private. In my mind, it wasn’t in front of all these people.”

Other than experiencing an intense feeling of joy, Ryan found it hard to articulate just how huge the meeting had been for him. The talented actor continued to be rather shell-shocked after coming face-to-face with his idol – whose daring stunts and buff physique make him an inspiration to men across the globe.

“[That was the] first time I ever met Bruce Willis,” Gosling confirmed. “I know, it’s nice. I haven’t had time to process it because I’m trying to talk about him. I don’t know how I feel about it.”
