YouTube will be launching another campaign to get users to create better quality and more original work on its servers. The video sharing website will invest about $35,000 and up to 25 YouTube partners.

The new initiative, YouTube NextUp, isn’t just going to focus on finding new talent, but will more than likely focus on “accelerating the growth of the next big YouTube stars.”

If you’re an existing partner on YouTube with less than 300,000 subscribers, you should apply with a video that’s up to three minutes long showing off your talents and talking about certain projects you’re looking and hoping to pursue on YouTube if you’re one of the lucky 25 chosen.

Those selected to join the program will get a four-day sport at YouTube’s Creator Camp where you will learn production, videography, and other things that could help you get more experience. YouTube is also promising to promote those projects and channel once the camp is finished. The best part of NextUp is that you’ll receive $35,000 to go towards acting, directing, producing or your goal to be a singer on YouTube.

Once your application as been submitted, YouTubers will have a say in which lucky people will get the money. Starting March 29 through April 8, YouTubers are going to vote on www.YouTube.com/creators for their favorite people. Once voting is over, a judging panel is going to choose the finalists and announce the winners on April 20.
