Fashion Fracas At H&M Clothing Store [Video]

Camera phone video captured a fight that broke out among teens, mostly female, at the H&M clothing store in Center City, Philadelphia. Notice the mannequin wearing a “no violence” T-shirt that was left in pieces on the floor. Philadelphia police made numerous arrests in the March 17 incident.
