James McAvoy, Saoirse Ronan Could Reunite Onscreen For Joe Wright’s ‘Anna Karenina’

Joe Wright could have a big “Atonement” reunion on his hands for his upcoming Anna Karenina movie.

“Atonement” star Keira Knightley is already on board for the film and now it seems that he could be bringing two of her former costars on board as well. According to reports, the British production company is looking to cast both James McAvoy and Saoirse Ronan for roles in the anticipated movie.

Actors Aaron Johnson and Jude Law are reportedly are already on board for the movie.

While Ronan was rumored to be playing Snow White in an upcoming movie, the role went to Lily Collins. Because of this, the talented young actress could have some free time to fit the movie on her schedule.

Ronan and Wright are already working and spending time together as they promote their new movie “Hannah.”

McAvoy is busy promoting “X-Men: First Class” and depending on how the movie does this summer, he could be busy for a few years playing the popular role of Professor Xavier. Though I wouldn’t rule out a reunion just yet.

Anna Karenina is a classic story that is building one of the strongest casts a movie could get. It’s no surprise that people are already anticipating the release of this movie and filming hasn’t even begun yet.
