Sofia Vergara Poses For CoverGirl, Shoots TV Ad Spot

Sofia Vergara For CoverGirl

Sofia Vergara is the newest member of the CoverGirl spokemodel family and this week she filmed her first TV spot for the company and posed for photos.

Vergara joins a long list of celebrity endorsers for the women’s cosmetics company. Among her fellow endorsers are; Ellen DeGeneres, Taylor Swift, Queen Latifah, Dania Ramirez and Drew Barrymore.

In a statement released on Thursday Vergara said:

“I have loved playing with makeup ever since I was a little girl,” while adding, “And now, I am so honored to join the lineup of extraordinary women that are and have been CoverGirls, and to be a part of a brand that is so committed to helping women look and feel beautiful.”

Both the TV spot and photos will debut in January 2012.
