The Chicago Cubs on Monday released a new public service announcement called “It Gets Better” which speaks out in support of Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual and Transgender rights.

The videos release arrives at the same time that employees of CBS took some time to release a video of their own supporting the same rights and to speak out against hate speech and actions.
