NFL Lockout Deal Reached, Season Saved!

It may have taken 136 days but the NFLPA and NFL Owners have reached an agreement that will put the 2011-2012 season into motion.
The NFL Players Association executive board and 32 team reps have voted unanimously to approve the terms of a new 10 year labor contract which offers no opt-out clause guaranteeing 10 years of smooth operation between the league and their players.
Team facilities are reopening on Monday while re-signings and draft choice signings for rookies will begin on Tuesday. Veteran free agent deals are also expected to begin by Friday.
The NFL lockout forced team owners to close down training facilities and stop all talks with their players, while some players including as New Orleans Saints Quarterback Drew Brees put together their own “off facility” player only practices without the assistance of coaches or front office staff.
So there you have it, a bunch of spoiled rich guys are now more spoiled than ever, but at least we have a season!
