Kiim Clijsters completed an impressive win against Na Li in two sets on Tuesday to move on to the Semifinals of the U.S. Open.
Clijsters won in two straight sets;6-2 and 6-4 and will face Serena William in her semifinal match after Williams defeated No. 10 Flavia Pennetta later in the day. The match will prove her most difficult test to date at the 2009 U.S. Open as William (the defending U.S. Open Champion) has yet to lose even a single set in the tournament.
Regardless of the outcome we have to applaud Clijsters who gave birth to her first child in February and raced to get back into top form.
