Drake: Rhianna Played Me

Raps newest superstar Drake has revealed that ex-girlfriend Rhianna “played him” when they were dating.

Drake, a Canadian actor who joined the rap game after leaving his role as wheelchair bound Jimmy on Degrassi: The Next Generation says he started dating Rhianna right after she broke up with boyfriend Chris Brown in 2009.

Drake says she asked him to pen a song for her Rated R LP and then stopped returning his calls all of a sudden.

He told The Times:

On ‘Fireworks’ there’s a verse about Rihanna, who asked him last year to write a song for her new album. ‘I was a pawn,’ Drake said. The song he wrote for her never got released. ‘You know what she was doing to me? She was doing exactly what I’ve done to so many women throughout my life, which is show them quality time, then disappear,’ he said. ‘I was like, wow, this feels terrible.’”

So much for being under Rhianna’s Umbrella eh eh eh?
