From 1997 to 1998 Jennifer Lopez was married to Ojani Noa, since then the two have been feuding and suing. The newest lawsuit, for $10 million brought about by Jennifer Lopez focuses on her ex-husbands attempt to make a satirical movie about their life together.
Lopez filed the lawsuit on Friday in response to Noa’s attempt to make the satire titled: ” How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story” along with what TMZ.com is calling “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage.” That footage reportedly includes “sexual situations” taken from the ex-couples honeymoon.
This isn’t the first time Noa has attempted to profit from the couples split, in 2006 he was sued by Lopez and the injunction barred him from “licensing, disseminating, distribution… any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa’s relationship with Lopez.”
No mention of “video materials” in that statement, which may perhaps be the reason he’s trying to peddle the 11+ hours of non-manuscripted video footage he kept from the couples marriage.
