Costco Says "No More Coke Products" Until Dispute Is Resolved

Costco has announced that they will not restock their shelves with Coca Cola products after current supplies run dry. The announcement comes about over a pricing dispute with the Atlanta-based Coca-Cola company.

The dispute includes all Coca-Cola products currently shelved by the company; Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Full Throttle energy drinks and Aquafina water are all included in the ban.

A Coca-Cola rep told the AP that they intended to negotiate the deal in the “spirit of fairness” and that they considered the company to be an “important customer.” citing the disagreement over pricing, but refusing to comment further on the ongoing

If you need some really big bottles of Coke for the holidays or just because you like really big bottles of Coke you might want to head out today with your Costco card since we don’t know when the ban will come to an amicable end for the two companies.
