Robert Pattinson Could Get $500 Million For "Twilight" TV Show Spinoff

Robert Pattinson could soon find himself with fists full of cash. According to recent reports, Summit Entertainment, the company behind the Twilight movies is looking to create a TV show spinoff of the popular Twilight book series and if reports are true, Pattinson could end up with a $500 million payday to reprise his role as Edward Cullen.
According to PopCrunch:
The 23-year-old actor could land as much as $1.5 million an episode as part of the deal, which could kick in as early as next year, The Daily Star dished on Sunday. Pattinson’s co-star — and rumored real-life love interest — Kristen Stewart, who plays his on-screen human love Bella Swan in the The Twilight Saga, is also being pursued by parties close to the TV deal.
The third book in the series titled “Eclipse” has just wrapped on filming which means both Pattinson and Stewart could be available for immediate filming.
Not sure how this one will pan out, but with the fanfare surrounding the books and movies, the hefty price tag per episode could pay itself off multiple times over the life of the TV series.
