‘N Sync was one of the most popular boy bands of the decade and that popularity according to Billboard Magazine was emphasized with the massive sales numbers for the bands “No Strings Attached” album.
According to Billboard the boy bands LD sold just over 10 million copies, while featuring hits that included “Just Got Paid” and “Bye Bye Bye.”
The CD was a triumphant project for the band who had fired their manager Lou Perlman and released the song “Bye Bye Bye” and the album name “No Strings Attached” to signal a move in their own direction.
The band is no longer together, however “band leader” Justin Timberlake continues to sell millions of albums and has appeared in critically lauded episodes of Saturday Night Live.
