Entourage Star Emmanuelle Chriqui Named Most Desirable Woman of 2010
Emmanuelle Chriqui, of HBO’s Entourage, has soared to the top in an annual poll of the world’s 99 most desirable women compiled by AskMen.com. Voting is not just about physical beauty, the website says; it’s also about being talented and intelligent and funny–qualities most men would want in a girlfriend or wife.
Chriqui grabbed the top spot in part because she keeps her personal life out the tabloids:
Emmanuelle Chriqui is the No. 1 Most Desirable Woman of 2010 precisely because we don’t know her, which is a rarity in the paparazzi-infested 21st century. Chriqui is reminiscent of Old Hollywood glamour in the sense that the only glimpses we see of her personal life exist on red carpets.
Chriqui, 32,who plays Sloan McQuewick on Entourage, had this to say about being number one in the voting:
It’s so amazing. Hearing what that vote is made of is the biggest compliment of all because it’s not just about being “hot” but about being a well-rounded woman. That’s really empowering. That is just a massive compliment to me — people recognize that I care about other things. That’s a massive compliment.
Eva Mendes was voted number one in the 2009 vote.
