Steve Carell and Sandra Bullock Together in 'The Abstinence Teacher'

"Pleasure is Good, Shame Is Bad" Bullock vs. Carell's Born Again Attitude

Two hot stars, Steve Carell and Sandra Bullock will star in The Abstinence Teacher, a film about a divorced sex ed teacher (Sandra Bullock) who falls in love with a soccer coach a “former stoner and rocker” who is born again (Steve Carell.)

Production Weekly claims the long delayed movie is back on track.

Bullock squares off against Carell’s evangelical following over her “pleasure is good, shame is bad”  teaching, but they find a kind of love after a controversy on the soccer field brings them together.

Based on a Tom Perrotta novel, he is signed up to help write the screenplay.

Directors Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, who did the hit movie Little Miss Sunshine will direct The Abstinence Teacher.

Bristol Palin Makes Acting Debut (Video)

Bristol Palin will make her acting debut on an episode of “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.” The episode will air on July fifth, but we have a sneak preview for you below.

Palin will make a guest appearance as an unmarried teen mother. Despite her familiarity with the role, Palin has a difficult time making it through her lines.

“You’re the world’s greatest French horn player and I’m Yo-Yo Ma,” Palin says in the episode.

Bristol has been an advocate for abstinence since 2009, reports Yahoo! but her message is probably better delivered at one of her $30,000 speaking engagements. Critics so far have panned Palin’s performance.

Here’s a clip of Bristol Palin in “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.”

Bristol Palin Signs $30,000 Per Speech Deal with Single Source Speakers

Sarah Palin has gained enough of a following that she can charge ridiculous sums of money for a speaking appearance. The high demand for Sarah Palin has rubbed off onto her daughter, Bristol Palin, who has just signed a deal with Single Source Speakers, guaranteeing her $15,000 to $30,000 per speech.

Bristol Palin is listed as “now available for special appearance” for Single Source Speakers.

Palin is available to speak at events about issues regarding abstinence, women’s rights, youth culture, and pro-life rallies. She is also available to speak at conferences, fundraisers, and special events/holidays.

Single Source Speakers is a relatively new firm. It’s other “big” name is Drew Brees.
