The Seattle Seahawks have announced the release of former top 10 overall pick Reggie Williams. The Seahawks announced the relase on Friday. Williams was the 9th overall pick. The Seahawks also released wideout Victor James.
The moves give the Seahawks the ability to sign rookie fourth-round picks Walter Thurmond and E.J. Wilson alongside fifth-round pick Kam Chancellor.
