Wii Sex Toys Coming Soon (Video)

Wii Vibrators Hit the Market in September

wii vibrator

The Wii is an amazing piece of technology. It is a machine that can take you away from reality and let you do things like play tennis by yourself. It can let you do archery in your living room. And now, with the new Wii sex toys, it’s taking the personal contact out of the most intimate of activities.

According to a report on Inquisitr, the Wii will be getting an adult touch this September. The Wii vibrator add-on is being created by a company called Mojowijo, and will be used for personal use, but can also be controlled by other users.

If you’re just dying to know how it works, the Wii vibrator connects to the Wiimote, the wiimote connects to the PC via Bluetooth, and the whole thing can be controlled by yourself, or by someone over the internet.

If that doesn’t make sense, this video will be sure to not clear things up.

Gizmodo reports that these Wii sex toys are going to be available on September 9th. So if you find Mario, the Princess, and Toad attractive, you’ll be able to join Mario’s Wii Sex Party in just one more week.

Google Fight Is The Dumbest Idea Nintendo Has Ever Had, Power Glove Included

Google Fight - Nintendo

If you’re unfamiliar with “Google Fights” the premise is simple, you and a bunch of your virgin buddies sit around a computer and try to guess which keywords get more pageviews. This usually takes place in your mom’s basement and can provide hours of “fun.” Apparently Nintendo thinks it’s such a great idea (they can make a bunch of money from Google more than likely) that they’re making a game based around the premise.

Top 10 Things I Want to See at E3 2010

E3 logo

With gaming conference E3 less than three months away, companies are starting to give hints as to what we’ll see at this year’s press conferences and booths. While I’m sure there will be tons of surprises, here are the top 10 things that I want to see this year. Please note that I’m trying to be realistic here. Anyone who knows me knows that the personal #1 on my list for the third year in a row will be “Zack & Wiki 2″. Come on, Capcom…pretty please?

Project Natal

10. Project Natal used in various gaming situations

This one is pretty much a given, since Microsoft recently announced that they’re doing a second press conference just to show of Natal. Last year’s show was impressive, but I want to see the full potential of this system. Give me more than talking to an on-screen character or games that look like they belong on the Wii. Wii balance board

9. A reason to buy a Wii balance board

I don’t use my Wii to work out, and snowboarding isn’t really my thing…so I haven’t bought a balance board yet. I hope Nintendo gives us some reason to make the peripheral worth the money, because so far, I haven’t felt the need to buy one. Photo credit: Dddeco

World of Warcraft

8. An MMORPG to take on WoW

We’ll undoubtedly see some Final Fantasy XIV (aka Final Fantasy Online 2) at E3, but to be honest, I’m skeptical about that game and it definitely has a much different audience than WoW. I want to see something that is perhaps comparable to Everquest. Right now, WoW has definitely taken over the MMO market, and it would be great to see a competitor that doesn’t fail (I’m looking at you, Age of Conan).

Infamous

7. inFamous 2

Ok, a little disclaimer here: I didn’t play the first one. Yet. It’s on my list, I swear. It doesn’t matter – I know from others’ reviews that it is an awesome game, and I wouldn’t be sad to see a sequel announced at E3.

Fable III

6. A demo of Fable 3

Personally, I feel like Fable 2 was a bit of a let-down, so it is time for the franchise to redeem itself. It’s certainly coming at some point in 2010, and I hope it is shown at E3 in demo., which is most likely to happen in the Project Natal press conference.

PS3

5. A PS3 price drop

My hope to see a PS3 price drop is completely fueled by the fact that I want to purchase a Ps3 in the coming year. I think it is unlikely, but hey, you never know. What I do think is more likely is some kind of price drop for the PSP, especially if Nintendo’s handheld is going 3D. Photo credit: Ffgamera

Brink

4. Brink in full force

Everyone cried when this new Bethesda game was delayed, so to make up for it, they better have it out in full force at E3 this year. I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t, to be honest, and I’m excited to see more of it.

Zelda logo

3. A release date for the next Wii Zelda

There’s no question about it – a new Zelda game is definitely in the works at Nintendo. I think asking for a demo may be too much at this point, but I definitely want to see a trailer, hear Miyamoto talk about it, and get a release date. It’s in Nintendo’s best interest to have something fore core gamers on the table other than Metroid: Other M, which we’ll almost certain see in demo, to help counteract all the casual games they’ll also likely showcase.

The Last Guardian

2. A demo of The Last Guardian

It was a major blow to Sony fans when it was announced that Final Fantasy would be available on Xbox as well as the PS3. One of the big titles that Sony does have going for them, though, is The Last Guardian. The trailer for this game, which is a successor to Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, gave me chills when they showed it off last year, and it will undoubtedly be one of the best games to show off the visual capabilities of the console.

1. Something new and awesome from Valve

Hopefully, the team at Valve will give us a Portal 2 update (a release date would be nice), but to be honest, what I’m really hoping for is something completely new from the company. They’ve been living on the Left 4 Dead franchise for awhile now, and while I love killing zombies as much as the next person, Left 4 Dead 3 is not the answer, especially when fans are still a bit miffed that the sequel came so soon after the original. Give me a new, innovative series, Valve!

Top 10 Wii Games for Under $20

Zack and Wiki

If you don’t have a huge budget, you can still pick up a few games for your Nintendo Wii. All of these games are available for less than $20, just the fraction of the price of a new Wii game.

10. Resident Evil 4 – If you’re a fan of the Resident Evil series, this is a great Wii option. The game makes use of the motion sensitive controller, and you can play with the plastic Wii gun peripheral if you want. Available for $13.99 at Amazon.

9. Gravity - This is a fun casual game that has ranked high among puzzle fans. Available for $19.99 at Gamestop.

8. Marvel Ultimate Alliance – While the reviews for Marvel Ultimate Alliance have been mixed, I’m a fan of the game, and at less than $20, you aren’t out much money if you decide you don’t like it. Available for $19.99 at Amazon.

7. Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree – Whether you like to play video games alone or with friends, Big Brain Academy is a great choice for casual gamers. Available for $19.96 at Amazon.

6. de Blob -  This game is a great option for gamers who want something more than a casual puzzle game, but who aren’t interested in shooters or RPGs. Available for $19.99 at Amazon.

5. MadWorld – Sega’s MadWorld has a unique art style and is perfect for gamers who don’t mind a little blood and guts. Available for $9.11 at Amazon.

4. LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga – You can’t go wrong with a LEGO game, and Star Wars is one of the best, in my opinion. Available for $19.99 at Gamestop or $17.50 at Amazon.

3. The Conduit – If you’re a fan of the Halo series, give The Conduit a try. It uses the Wii controller’s motion capabilities well and has some innovative elements that set it apart from other shooters. Available for $17.44 at Amazon.

2. Okami - Okami is by far one of my favorite Wii games. It was originally developed for the PlayStation, but the game’s concept is perfect for using the Wii controller. It may be a bit too long for casual gaming fans, but core gamers – you need to pick up this game if you haven’t already. Available for $15.98 at Amazon.

1. Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure – To be honest, Zack & Wiki is one of my favorite games of all time, regardless of price or console. It’s a point-and-click adventure/puzzle game that pulls together the perfect amounts of humor and difficulty. If they ever release a sequel, I’ll be first in line to buy it. Available for $19.99 at Gamestop.

Honorable Mentions: Trauma Center: New Blood (14.99 at Amazon), Castlevania Judgment ($19.85 at Amazon), Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars ($16.98 at Amazon)

Gamefly Introduces the G-Box. It's Like Redbox But Way Cooler

gameflykiosk

GameFly is going the way of RedBox, thanks to their newest offering the G-box, yeah we hate the name too and the bright yellow colors don’t help change our attitude. On the other hand the ability to rent Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 games for $2.50/night via a simple credit card swipe is very nice, while Wii games for $2/night is even more attractive.

In the meantime we’d be interested to know if Gamefly monthly subscribers will be eligible for any discounts, come on Gamefly how about a monthly subscriber based debit card that allows for a quick swipe via a monthly fee. [via Gizmodo]

What says you? Would you rent from the G-Box?

Forget The WiiMote, Try The Super Famicom Classic Controller

2-19-09-super-famicon-wii

The Wii Super Famicom Classic Controller has been around for a while now, unfortunately only Club Nintendo members could get their hands on them, and you needed to be in Japan. That’s no longer the case thanks to the folks over at Play-Asia, they’ve managed to what we assume could only be bribe someone to get their hands on some stock, and their more than willing to ship them to the states.

The Super Famicom Classic Controller is $80 including shipping, after all who wouldn’t want to play their high tech gaming system with an old school remote from the 90′s. [via Engadget]
